We are pleased to verify any benefits to which you may be entitled, and deductible amounts that may apply to your coverage, before coming to our office. Simply call us with your insurance information and we will verify benefits with Provider Services. We will bill covered services directly to your insurance carrier (for whatever benefits to which you may be entitled) and wait to receive payment directly from your carrier.
